Just moved in not too long ago. I was grateful to be helped by Jake Geisler at a time that I desperately needed. He made my move in process stress free and was upfront and able to assist with whatever concerns I had or needed help with. The leasing office staff and management are very friendly and great at communicating in a timely manner. Its quiet for the most part and the community is well kept. My apartment is very nice and spacious with a great view. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars so far is because I have noticed a minor pest problem and I understand we live in an apartment complex but other residents seem to forget that and can be unsympathetic. I got a noise complaint within the first two days of staying here about my small children from the people downstairs and someone even lied and said that there was smoking around or in my apartment when this has clearly been an issue for some time in the community. I was not aware of the break ins to apartments or cars or constant police being called a lot which Camden has done their best to keep us informed but this is normally on the other side of the complex and is not really the community’s fault if the other complex across the street has careless people. Overall, this is a temporary situation for me and my family and we will make the best of our stay here. Hopefully with the feedback that is constantly received by the community and Camdens own efforts, I am positive Camden will work out something beneficial for everyone involved.

I have been living at Camden for over 3 years and I love it! I would like to give a big shout out to Jake Geiser! I was transferring into a new unit and though there were some bumps along the road Jake took great care in easing my concerns; he helped make the whole experience comfortable. It’s people like Jake that make the Camden experience feel not like an apartment complex but like home. Thanks for all you do!
I lived at Camden Royal Palms previously and was more than happy to return. I was assisted by Laterica and she was amazing from the very beginning. She answered all our questions, stayed in contact and was very friendly. She made our experience smooth and issue free. Excited to be living at this complex again.
I Recently moved here from the Orlando area with my son. Laterica was the leasing agent who assisted me throughout the process and move in. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The entire staff that I have came across have been helpful as well. Any Maintenance request has been completed within 24hr so I’m very satisfied with that. I would say communicate with them if you have any concerns or issues because they do listen. I have yet to be ignored about anything. Overall I’m satisfied with my choice living.
I originally made a review when I first moved in, and removed it because on an impulse for reasons I don’t really want to share;
This is me and my partners first apartment, and upon moving in, Jake made us feel very comfortable and answered any questions we had, the moving process, application, everything Jake did was great. (My first review kind of just outlined Jake’s awesomeness, he is actually really great), though I never talked to Laterica directly, she seems really nice to people, really, what I’m trying to say is leasing team and the moving in process, really are amazing, and great. If I had to pick two from 10000 leasing consultants, I would choose Jake and Laterica each time.
I’m sure a lot of these reviews will constantly mentioning the maintenance team, and they are pretty great. A lot of the service requests that I have are resolved* in the same day, and they are really good at what they do. The only small complaint I have, is that we needed a new washer when we moved in, and it a couple of months and a few emails to get that fixed, I am happy now, I just wish that when it was requests that took longer, they would communicate more.
The community is alright, there is an app that you get access to whenever you start living at Camden, and it is really nice to be able to talk with your neighbors constantly, it also is a way for management to help people out in the community, which they do most of the time. There is a lot of negativity on the app, coming from reasonable outrage, if someone’s package gets stolen, people get upset and post about it, which is completely valid, however, in terms of my direct experience, I have had nothing but positive things about my neighbors, I did recently have a package delivered to the wrong address, and no one returned it, which isn’t Camdens fault, it’s just unfortunate (I was able to get it refunded though through Amazon)
Overall, Camden is a great place to be, I and I would recommend it!
The main reason for four stars, is that I just wish there was more going on at Camden, like more events. I’m not sure if that’s even normal though - again, this is my first apartment.
Another thing that I would like to mention is that package stealing is common, I haven’t had any issues with it directly, other than my package being delivered to the wrong address, but it seems like other people have been having their packages stolen. It’s not camdens fault, and it seems like they are doing everything they can to prevent it, it’s just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.
Living at Camden Royal Palms is a family experience. The work team they have is always attentive to solving problems, making your life a little easier. It is worth mentioning Special Mention to Laterica Johnson, her attention is always constant, efficient and effective. Come and see Camden Royal Palms but let Laterica show you.
